The Park Fishery Carp Syndicate

Park Fishery is the result of lengthy restoration work to return this forty
year old estate lake known as the "Great Lake" back to its former glory
after years of neglect.

Forming  part of a stunning 5000 acre private estate, the Great Lake
stretches nine and a half acres and is surrounded by broad leaved trees
and pine forests nestling deep in the Sussex countryside.

The Great Lake has fourteen comfortable swims all of which will
accommodate a bivvy and offers secure, peaceful and uncrowded banks,
seldom found on waters nowadays.

There are large beds of lilies at either end of the lake and smaller beds
scattered around the shallow margin areas. With depths of water ranging
from 2ft in the shallows down to 15ft at the dam end, the lake boasts two
islands and two bays.
During the summer months multiple catches are quite common, with the majority of carp being into high double figures, many are now making twenty plus
with the odd thirty.

The growth rates, stock levels and
catch reports are monitored closely in the best interests of the fishery and its members.

The season runs from the 1st March through to the end of February with completion of two winter work parties being compulsory to enable you to fish right
through the year.

There is no limit to your stay with night fishing being allowed.

Three rods may be used.

The syndicate has the use of Ladies and Gents toilets and running water at all times and benefits from a large secure car park being locked at all times.

JRC XL High care unhooking mats,
JRC 42" Roamer landing nets and JRC Euro sling retainers are available for the exclusive use of syndicate members.
